Indrani Sengupta is a poet from Kolkata, India, currently braving Illinois weather. A Kundiman fellow and senior staff reader for Lantern Review, she received her MFA in poetry from Boise State University. She is the winner of a Copper Nickel Editors’ Prize in Poetry and has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize, Best New Poets, and Best of the Net. Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in Pleiades, Indiana Review, Quarterly West, American Poetry Review, 32 Poems, Southeast Review, and elsewhere.
